Don’t Gain a Pound This Christmas–Gain a Competitive Edge Instead!

For  many people, it starts at Thanksgiving and continues through New Year’s Eve…the urge to raise one’s hands and back away from the scale…very slowly.  On average, Americans claim to gain three to five pounds during this season of celebration. 

PTC-1212-CD-007Isn’t it nice to know that the Palmetto Tennis Center’s got your cure for holiday weight gain?  Beginning this week, PTC offers a variety of clinics for participants of all ages and skill levels.  The Drop Shots, Slammers and High Performance clinics and several others are for young people ages 5-18, and a Beginning Ladies Clinic will start on December 13, 2012.  For adults in search of great exercise that’s also great fun, Cardio Tennis starts December 14.  On December 17, the 3.5 Skill Improvement Clinic helps experienced players to gain a competitive advantage.  For more info, please check out the listing of programs offered at the Palmetto Tennis Center.

These are only a few of the many programs offered by the Palmetto Tennis Center,PTC-1212-CD-004 and remember that regular court play is always free of charge!  Individual and group lessons are also available, and very reasonably priced.
